Basepoint Business Centre has continued its ongoing support of local charity the Wessex Autistic Society by donating £10,000 towards a Multi Purpose Vehicle (MPV) for Portfield School.
Carly Thompson, Manager of Basepoint Business Centre comments, “We have a great relationship with The Wessex Autistic Society and have had many opportunities to see first hand the incredible work they do for people affected by autism. We are more than happy to give our on-going support to Portfield School and help in both big and small ways which all make a difference.”
The 9-seater, silver MPV (Multi Purpose Vehicle) for Portfield School has already been put to good use, enabling staff to take children on regular excursions in the area improving their educational experience with extra curricular activity.
