A lizard trophy!

West Moors Middle School Student Georgia Hanrahan aged 12 has been awarded the school Lizard Trophy 2009.  The lizard is the school’s logo, hence the name of the trophy.

A deserving winner, Georgia is a member of The WMMS School Council, Ferndown St Johns Ambulance Brigade, Elite Acadamy of Dance, Ferndown Gymnastics Club and likes to help out with the West Moors Brownies, Ferndown Jitsu Club and is always on hand to help out with many other events.

Georgia has just come back from a four-day trip to Segre in France with the Ferndown Town Twinning Association and visited a local middle school that was presented with some books.
