Apology from Hall & Woodhouse over pub closure

Visitors to the Barley Mow in Wimborne have been disappointed to find the doors locked.

The sudden departure of the tenants has meant that the pub has been shut for over a week.

Matt Kearsey, Tenanted Director for Hall & Woodhouse said, “Unfortunately the Barley Mow is currently closed. The operator who was running the pub has left unexpectedly, however we will endeavour to have a new operator soon. I’d like to apologise on behalf of Hall & Woodhouse for any inconvenience caused to customers, I can assure you that we are working hard to find a new operator who will re-ignite this pub in the local community.”
