Appeal to find missing vulnerable man from the Isle of Wight

Police on the Isle of Wight are appealing for information about the whereabouts of a vulnerable missing man.

Malcolm Russell, aged 49, of Carter Street, Sandown, Isle of Wight, was reported missing shortly after 9.30pm on Thursday, February 12.

He was last seen in the Dodnor area of Newport, Isle of Wight at approximately 9.15pm on Thursday, February 12.

Mr Russell is described as: 5 ft 10 ins tall, of medium build, with blue eyes and collar length, thinning, grey hair.

He was last seen wearing glasses, a grey, suede jacket with sheep skin lining, blue jeans and white trainers.  He was also carrying two holdalls, and wearing earphones listening to music.

Police are investigating the possibility Mr Russell is in the London area.
