Congratulations Winifred!

Birthdays can be exciting and this was certainly the case for Winifred Wisbey who celebrated her 100th with a party laid on by Age Concern (Ferndown). 

A regular visitor to the Day Centre on the Heatherlands estate, Winifred is a remarkably fit and alert lady. The Centre Co-Ordinator, Paula King, arranged a cake with candles and, of course, wine for the toast.  The Mayor of Ferndown, Cllr Lesley Dedman, visited to congratulate Winifred and presented her with a plant.
