A further 11 people have been arrested in West Dorset, as part of Operation Dismantle, a large scale intelligence-led operation to remove suspected drug dealers.
Specially trained officers attended a series of addresses across Weymouth and Portland yesterday, 9 February, where warrants under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 were executed.
Eight different residential addresses were searched in the areas including Radipole, Southill, Park District, Westham, Littlemoor and Wyke Regis.
A quantity of drugs, believed to be heroin, have been recovered and are currently being forensically examined.
Four women, aged between 29 and 46, and six men, aged between 26 and 56, all from the Weymouth area, were arrested in relation to drugs offences.
Late last night, a seventh man from Portland was detained.
On Monday, 8 February, six men were arrested after drugs warrants in Preston, Westham, Weymouth town centre and Portland.
Five men have since been charged with supplying class A drugs and one has been charged with handling stolen goods.
