Footballers model for charity

Bournemouth AFC players created a stir when they walked down the catwalk at a charity show at Beales.

The ‘Girls Night Out’ event proved an overwhelming success with 470 guests attending the fashion extravaganza at the Bournemouth store.

Supporting the Dorset children’s hospice Julia’s House, the event raised an outstanding figure of £4,700, which was given to the charity.

Professional models lined the catwalk to showcase an array of trends and looks for spring and summer from top fashion brands at Beales including Joules, Noa Noa, GIVe and Kaliko.

But the highlight was the catwalk debut of Beales new menswear fashion label REDi, a collection aimed at fashion conscious young men aged between 18 and 35, modelled by football players from AFC Bournemouth.
