High climbers raise high funds
A nine-strong team of climbers have raised nearly £5,000 for Cash for Kids.
The Scotthall BMW and Mini team completed the Three Peaks Challenge – climbing Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon – in under 24 hours.
All the money raised will go towards supporting local children across the south who are financially, socially, emotionally or physically disadvantaged.
Ian Holyoak, Scotthall BMW said, “It’s a great feeling to know that our whole team put so much effort into the challenge. We have received some fantastic support from Wave 105 listeners and our customers, so I’d like to extend thanks on behalf of the team as the money will go towards a very worthy cause.”
