It's a miracle
Two new slides and rope traverses were officially opened at Carvers play area by the town mayor, Cllr Brian Terry.
Only one slide had been ordered, but the installers, Miracle Design and Play delivered the wrong slide. It had been installed on a temporary basis and following further negotiations
Miracle agreed to leave the slide in place and install the one that had been originally ordered alongside it, at no additional cost to the council.
