Judgment Day!

Wimborne Minster has been judged.

The town is entered in the Small Town Category of the South and South East in Bloom competition and the regional judges, Stevyn Ricketts and Kelvin Mason visited today for a two-hour tour of the town.

“Everywhere looked clean and tidy” said chairman of Wimborne in Bloom, Anthony Oliver, MBE, and he thanked all concerned for the amount of hard work which has taken place over the weeks leading up to the judging, the volunteer litter pickers, those who have weeded the pavements, supporters and committee and those from both town and district councils all of whom have helped to ensure that the town looked its very best.

The results will be announced in early September.
