Pyjama Party

Children in Ash Base (year 4), and Willow Base (year 3), at Verwood First School enjoyed a pyjama day when they celebrated their 3rd Gem reward. They shared their favourite bedtime stories with children in the reception class and wrote book reviews. To end a fantastic day they watched a favourite film with a cup of hot chocolate and popcorn. At circle time they enjoyed telling each other about their cuddly toys and played Wink Wizard (a sleeping game), they also shared their dreams for the future.

All the children came dressed in full night attire: pyjamas, dressing gown and slippers, even their teachers came in sleep wear. Everyone said it was a great day and are now working hard to earn another reward.
