Remembrance Day

People gathered throughout the country for Remembrance Day services and parades on Sunday.

West Moors in Dorset was no exception. The main road through the village was closed as hundreds of villagers, despite the freezing weather, flocked to remember those who had given their lives for their country.

Before and after the service at the memorial, the parade marched through the village and the church served free tea and coffee at the Petwyn Café to warm everyone up.
