Now is the time to get your application in for the Ferndown Rotary Club Charity Run to be staged at the Avon Heath Country Park on Sunday, 21 March.

The club is aiming to raise £2000 this year, all of it to be ploughed back into supporting activities for local youngsters.

As in previous years there’s a 2.5km course for youngsters (up to 12-years-old), with 5 and 10km courses for adults (13 years and older).

There will trophies for winners, medals for those placed second or third, with all completing their race getting a ‘finishers’ medal.
