Stavros Flatley draws the crowds
Ferndown Carnival on Saturday, 10 July, was an exciting occasion. Following a colourful procession around the town, people flocked to King George V playing field to see Stavros Flatley (from Britain's Got Talent).
The audience was five deep all the way around the arena and when the show came to a close, Demetri was mobbed by autograph hunters. The police had to help the organisers keep the crowds back. See August Town and Village for photographs and report.
