Parley are team of the month

Parley Cricket Club 1st XI won the Dorset Funeral Plan Team of the Month award for May – after victories in all five games.
The team, which plays its home games at Dean Park, the former county ground in Bournemouth, is exceptionally young.

Jake’s prizewinning poster

Jake Cross 8, from Ferndown has won the Ferndown In Bloom poster competition in which there was over 300 entries from pupils from the areas’ first and junior schools.
