Dorset Wildlife Trust (DWT) was saddened to see a critically endangered porbeagle shark (Lamna nasus) landed on Chesil Beach recently by a local fisherman. The two metre shark, a mature female, was accidently caught in a trammel net 300 yards off Chesil Cove.
