Lewis-Manning Hospice Care is marking Volunteers Week (1-7 June) by highlighting the work of those who give up their time to help others.
A £40,000 grant made by Dorset Clinical Commissioners will enable Poole Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Forest Holme Hospice, Dorset Health Care and Lewis Manning Hospice Care to collaborate on making it easier for people approaching the end of life, and their families, to share their experiences, learn from and support each other.
Lewis-Manning Hospice Care has received a donation of £1,000 from the AFC Bournemouth Cherries’ Community Fund.
