Landlord of The London Tavern, Phil Hoyle, carries out deliveries on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays to his regular patrons – and adds key workers’ meals for free.
He said: “Although we are not open, we are able to use the kitchen so we cook meals and deliver them chilled to be re-heated.
“Our regulars have been incredibly supportive, so much so that we can deliver to key workers for nothing.
“It is a small way in which we are able to help the national effort.”
